Hiring: Administrator

Beyond Business Travel has an exciting vacancy for a Administrator. We are an fast growing company and this role presents plenty of exciting opportunities for the right person.

This administrator role reports into the company accountant. The roles and duties will vary dependant on business needs, but the main responsibility will be to ensure invoicing and statements are done on a timely basis and to a high quality.

Jobholders Are Responsible For:

  • Invoices are being sent to customers within agreed KPIs
  • Ensure optimisation of the accounts software for invoicing
  • Be the point of contact for all invoice queries
  • Administrative duties including filing, reconciliations, purchase orders

Ideal Person:

  • Strong written and verbal communication and can do attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and has good numerical skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Customer service orientated
  • Business or IT related qualification
