We are Hiring: Finance Assistant

Beyond Business Travel has an exciting vacancy for a Finance Assistant. We are a fast growing company and this role presents plenty of exciting opportunities for the right person.

The finance assistant will report directly to the company accountant and will contribute to ensuring that day to day administration and finance operations of the business are fulfilled. The roles and duties will vary dependant on the allocation of duties, experience and business needs but will cover the following key duties invoicing, supplier reconciliations, bank, payroll, credit control, IT & management information.

This person also has responsibility for being part of the finance team and working together with the company accountant towards the team targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Our ideal person has successfully worked in a similar environment before, is proficient in MS Office and has experience of using an accounts package. We want to meet people who are keen to join a growing business, have a can do attitude and are committed to going above and “Beyond”.
