Out of Hours – Emergency Business Travel Service

We know that you don’t just travel Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. We also know that very often issues arise and cancellations occur in the evenings and at weekends. For that reason we are improving our out of hours emergency service for clients.

Out of Hours Telephone Support

If you booked your flight, hotel or any aspect of a journey with Beyond Business Travel, we offer support, 24/7. Our dedicated Out of Hours service is operated by a core team of travel experts, who will be on hand to rebook flights, arrange alternative accommodation and assist you with any emergency situation.

You will always be able to contact a team member who can access all your details and is familiar with your needs. We aim to answer all calls within two minutes and will be able to provide up-to-date travel advice, no matter where you are in the world.

If you need emergency assistance outside our office hours of 09.00–17.30 Monday to Friday you can contact our out of hours service on +44 (0) 1344 267221.

Emergency Email Support

We also offer an emergency email service. We have a dedicated team managing non voice queries and requests. These should be sent to beyondbt@afterhours.travel.com and we aim to reply within two hours.

The team will have the ability to create new, amend existing or cancel any booking.

Support to Come

In the coming months we will be able to offer you even more options and means of support. Out of Hours Live Chat, iMessage, Facebook Messenger and SMS will also join our ‘non-voice’ multi-channel offering in the coming months.
