Sometimes plans change and new travel arrangements are necessary. We want our travellers to feel safe and secure no matter what where they are in the world and help you fulfil your duty of care responsibilities.  Our UK based team are on hand to offer advice and emergency support no matter what time zone, or time of day.

Should emergency assistance be required outside our core business hours between 09.00–17.30 Monday to Friday you can contact our Emergency out of hour’s service.

Excellent service provided by our Account Manager at all times, who goes above and beyond expectations and recently gave up his time on a Saturday night to assist in re-booking travellers when a flight to the US was cancelled at short notice.  The staff at Beyond are always at the other end of a phone no matter what time of the day or night. Exemplary service at all times.
