Easyjet are planning to introduce a new loyalty scheme, it has been reported this week.
One of the few airlines without some sort of reward structure, Easyjet has realised that they have some work to do to encourage customer loyalty and boost business traveller numbers.
While issuing the company’s latest financial returns statement, the company revealed that it is moving to improve offerings to business passengers, while also focussing on customer loyalty and data.
It’s been a successful period for the low cost airline, after they enjoyed one of their best winters to date and drove up profits across the company.
Johan Lundgren, EasyJet Chief Executive said: ” I have ……. showcased a series of initiatives to increase the number of passengers travelling on business and revealed plans to introduce a new loyalty programme which will support and reinforce all of these initiatives and will further increase passenger loyalty to easyJet.”
