British Airways has revamped it’s World Traveller World and Traveller and Plus cabins and the feedback has been fantastic so far!
As part of its £400 million investment in services, facilities and products for travellers, the airline has totally refreshed its Boeing 777 fleet with new seats and entertainment offerings.
New Features of British Airways World Traveller & World Traveller Plus
As part of BA’s World Traveller and Plus refresh, the cabins now come with the following new and exciting features:
Traveller Seats
- 50 per cent larger entertainment screens with swipe control
- Six-way adjustable headrests and leg and footrests in World Traveller Plus
- USB sockets at every seats
New Catering
There has been a multi million pound investment in food and catering for British Airways World Traveller and Plus members to enjoy. Passengers will now be treated to more, better quality food and a wider snack menu when taking long-haul flights.
Launch of Onboard Wi-Fi
You can also enjoy more BA entertainment on board with exclusive WiFi access. Stay connected in the air and watch your favourite TV show, send emails and check your social media. All from 30,000 ft.
Group Boarding
British Airways will also be implementing group boarding on all flights to reduce congestion and queuing at the gate. Each passenger will be allocated a group based on their boarding priority and the groups will be called to board in number order.
Premium customers and Executive Club Gold, Silver and Bronze Members will be able to board first if they choose, but can still use the priority boarding lane if they wish. World Traveller Plus customers now have priority boarding and board ahead of World Traveller customers.
