Beyond Business Travel would like to thank all clients who responded to our annual customer service survey. The results were our best yet!
Everyone who completed the survey was entered into a draw for two free flights to London with British Airways. We are delighted to announce that Martina McNamee from Terex was our winner this year!
We conduct a client survey each year, to ensure we are offering the best level of service and to identify our customers’ habits, preferences and needs.
Asking for feedback is an integral part of our culture, as the comments provide us with insight into areas for improvement with the business, as well as highlighting further services and products that we could or should be offering.
The Results
We are delighted to reveal that an amazing 100% of our clients would recommend us to a friend of colleague, while our business was scored 9.5 out of 10 overall.
A clear majority of our clients said we were: Reliable, Efficient, Market Leaders & Providing Good Value for Money.
As well as the much appreciated praise, some respondents did also suggest extra functions and products which they’d be interested in trialling.
