The French Government have announced that France will relax the travel restrictions put in place against UK travellers from Friday 14 January
In a tweet, French government minister Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne said the rules, introduced in December, would be relaxed for vaccinated travellers. Demoyne said the move would be formally published tomorrow and have immediate effect.
He added that the restriction requiring a compelling reason to travel to France would end as would the need to quarantine on arrival.
UK travellers heading to France will be required to show proof of vaccination along with a negative test result, taken no more than 24 hours prior to their departure.
This is good news for travel.
