United Airlines: BOEING 787-10 Dreamliner is coming to Dublin Airport!

Exciting news business travellers! United Airlines have recently announced that their newest Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner will be flying from Dublin Airport from May of this year.

The state of the art aircraft will operate on the Dublin (DUB) to New York/Newark (EWR) route from May 23, 2019.

Always leading the way, United is the first North American airline to take delivery of the 787-10, and also the first airline in the world to have the entire family of Boeing Dreamliners.

Features of the BOEING 787-10 Dreamliner

Business class travellers will be able to travel in comfort and style, with 44 United Polaris ® business class seats on board the new plane.

Other passengers can avail of the 21 United® Premium Plus seats, 54 Economy Plus seats and 199 standard Economy seats.

United Airlines Customer-friendly Advancements

Customers are at the heart of this new service and aircraft. Theplane boasts new lighting patterns that mimic sunrise and sunset, which should help you achieve restful sleep and arrive in your destination ready for the trip or work obligations.

Each seat also features a new entertainment system which includes:

• Split screens you can watch TV shows and movies while still viewing the flight map.
• A relax mode for customers so you can chill with laid back music, videos and playlists.
• New accessibility features, which will benefit those with visual, audio and physical difficulties and disabilities like never before.
• Film and TV suggestions based on previously consumed content and remaining flight time.
