London Heathrow Cancelled Flights: British Airways Passengers Face Continued Disruption

British Airways bosses have advised passengers that they may face continued disruption after another IT failure at London Heathrow Airport yesterday.

Passengers with flights scheduled from Terminal 5 were met with ‘chaos’ on Wednesday after systems went down and flights were cancelled and delayed.

Social media has been flooded with complaints from travellers who experienced long queues at check-in and customer service desks, as well as flights that never left the tarmac.

Although the problem has been resolved and systems are functioning normally, there is still ‘knock-on disruption’, though officials have assured customers that they are striving to keep issues to a minimum.

We have contacted all our clients affected by the disruption and rebooked their flights and hotels where appropriate. If you travel for business and would like us to manage your plans and help make your experience stress free, contact us via the form below.
